Not too long ago, I shared my friend Kristin’s maternity session with all of you.  I am now, so happy to share her sweet BEAUTIFUL little girl with you, Siena Marie!!  We have all been anticipating this moment for a LONG time and to see her finally here is just so wonderful!  She is the sweetest most alert newborn I’ve ever met…LOL!  It was nice though because I did get to see her beautiful eyes which are that mysterious gray-blue that some babies are born with…I wish & hope they don’t change!  I first met Siena just a couple days before the photo shoot and when I came back she had already changed a little bit…they grow up so fast!  I’ll need to keep weekly tabs on this one before she starts growing like a weed!

Here are just a few of the precious little moments I captured of Siena…is she not the sweetest little girl you’ve ever seen??

How tiny does she look in her dads hands??

Their beautiful little family :-)

I love this one!

LOL…we tried putting Siena on her back but she likes to kick quite a bit which made it hard to be “modest” so we turned her on her back and all was good :-)

Her mommy made this beautiful wreath…if you didn’t already know, Kristin is a supremely talented artist who makes beautiful hats, veils, belts, etc.  You can check out some of her amazing work here: Petal and Thorn

My favorite :-)

Happy weekend everyone!!

So my sister Nicole (same dad different mom) has a little sister named Andi who is an artistic genius.  Nicole posted some of Andi’s images on Facebook and got a huge response…like wow…Andi is going to be famous one day type of response.  I strongly believe that some people were BORN to do certain things…and Andi?  Yeah…she was born to do this for sure.  Considering Andi is still in her teens I can’t even begin to imagine where her talent will lead her…can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!  Here are some of my favorites from Andi’s work…I’d love to hear your thoughts on them!  Nicole is trying to convince Andi to open an Etsy account and sell her prints…if any of you guys would be interested in owning one of her pieces, leave a comment and I’ll be sure to contact you when she does!

Lauren P: Love it! Very Tim Burton-ish. I work part time at a Museum of Art to fill in the gaps as I'm just getting my business started. Plus I received a Bachelors of Fine Art - she is awesome! Tell her to look into printmaking, because these would be awesome prints, or to get a BFA, that's a great way to jump into the art world. But I'd love to buy one. January 20, 2011 9:42 am

Son Truong: Love the art. She must've been inspired by Tim Burton's drawings, because that's what it reminds me of. January 20, 2011 8:07 am
