Tony & I went to highschool together and he was my tennis coach. LOL…when I think back to my time on the tennis team all I can do is laugh because I was a HORRIBLE tennis player…like I was so bad that all I did was sit on the bench and watch the other girls play. There was one time though where they teamed me up with the other girl that sucked at the school we were playing and yeah that was loads of fun.  We would each hit the ball maybe once and then we’d lose the ball and have to run after it. This lasted for maybe an hour…one of the best memories of highschool for me believe it or not :-)

Enough about me and my lame tennis playing skills though.  This post is all about Loan & Tony’s photo session! Loan had contacted me months ago to tell me about this photo shoot she wanted to do before she turns the big 3-0 in November. She and Tony wanted to remember this time in their lives before they had kids and of course I loved the idea! I think every couple should do something like this. Loan and Tony were hardcore and wanted to look their absolute best so spent the last few months watching their diets, working out, etc and I must say it PAYED off!

Loan and Tony look super hot and I have the pictures to prove it! Here are just a few highlights from our day at Fallbrook which I must say is gorgeous! Enjoy everyone!

Umm…hello?  I love the bridge and the beautiful light!

I LOVED all the outfits Loan had…this little red number is 1 of 3 super cute dresses she wore!

Love the contrast of the graffiti and nature together…

LOVE!  Loan’s royal blue dress just pops!  I love how Tony’s bow tie matches her dress.

OMG…so hot!!!  Loan is one of the few people I know that can not only pull of a red lip but look freakin’ hot wearing it!  She is so beautiful!

Sexy :-)

More Sexy…

Beautiful light, Beautiful Couple…

There were so many great spots to shoot at…

Love this dress sooo much!  I think I need it…seriously!

Tony looks so handsome here doesn’t he?

The End :-)

Loan Nguyen: The dress is actually Navy and I got it from Foreign Exchange at Irvine Spectrum. I tried to look for it on their website and it's not on there. I digged around to find something and I found that dress so make sure you really look for it. I had a lot of people ask me where I got it, like a dozen people! Trista- I'll pick it up for you if I see it again, LMK your size! October 26, 2011 6:38 pm

A wedding day can often be hectic which is not always ideal when you want a lot of time for pictures with you and your new spouse.  This is why I love the idea of “Day After” sessions.  You get to get dressed up and glamorous for one more day and really celebrate your new marriage and also take pretty pictures anywhere your heart desires :-)  In Elvira & Steve’s case, we spent the day around the Santa Monica Pier.  Elvira and Steve also brought along their adorable little flower girl Valeria to join in on the fun.  I have got to say that she was just angelic as can be and was my little sidekick the whole afternoon.

The three of them for memories sake :-)  Valeria is just the cutest thing I’ve ever seen!

The Pier was ultra crazy with Spring Break-ers so we got a little creative and finding some non-touristy spots :-)

Elvira is SO beautiful!

Steve is quite dashing himself…love the baby blue backdrop!

There’s nothing like a bright colored door to brighten my day :-)

So cute!

Love the wooden boardwalk!

L-O-V-E this!

The clouds were magnificent!

The next two are two of my favorites images EVER!!  The hazy sun pouring though is just…*sigh*

david | happy hearts photography: i'm guessing that under the pier spot (plus time of day) will become a new favorite :) very nice... July 27, 2011 5:27 pm
