Welcome to my blog! My name is Trista Lerit and I am a wedding photographer based in Orange County, California. Beautiful, Modern, and Edgy Wedding Photography is what I specialize in but every now and then, I love capturing little rascals a.k.a. kids!

This blog is where I'll post pictures from weddings, engagements, and little rascal sessions that I've shot recently. However, I won't limit my posts to photography related things only! This blog also doubles as my online diary where I'll discuss my love of food, share my favorite YouTube videos, post adorable pictures of my dogs (yes, I'm one of THOSE people), and talk about anything else I feel like!

So, in the nearly 4 years that I've been doing this whole photography thing, I've come across quite a few clients that just make my heart melt into a big pile of happy mush.  Elenor and Eric just happen to be one of those clients.  You see, if you saw the two of them together, you'd understand just how much Eric ADORES his beautiful wife.  So much so that he professed his love one day on Project Wedding a few months before their wedding.  You can view the adorable love note here: Eric is the bomb!  To all the people on Project Wedding who questioned whether or not Eric existed, he does and is even AWESOMER in real life :-)

Wow...it's been a long time since I've blogged..sorry guys!!  I seriously needed a break after the holidays and now I'm refreshed and ready to start the new year!!  What did I do on my break you ask?  Well...I started a new fitness plan (bootcamp!), cleaned out my closet (I'm ashamed at how many shoes I have that are still unworn after YEARS of having them!), got a makeup lesson from the fabulous Carina (I highly recommend this..I learned a lot of cool makeup tricks!), and I'm currently tying up some loose "house" ends..still gotta do a home blog post soon!  

I'll be shooting my first wedding of 2010 next week so in the mean time, I thought I'd take a trip down memory lane and visit some of my favorite wedding images from 2009.  There were so many images I loved so I had to break down the post into two parts..check back tomorrow for the second half!
